Avillion Port Dickson Part 2

Ok part 2...jjust more pictures of the pictures and us.
The resort also offer garden chalets which cost less than the water chalet...The surrounding of the garden chalets is very serene...and the staff of this resort is very friendly and courtious...surrounding and the people reminds me of Bali...

There is a pet farm...ada lah those common pet....and they allow guests to feed the animal so kalau berani tak geli boleh lah...

Mat Dib ....berani sebab peacock tu lari dari orang...

Fendu cakap foood is ok here...yes ..food is ok...and with the membership, we are entitled for 50% jadi lebih awesome lagi....
One of my favourite food ...char kuey teow....payah noh nak dapat yg not too dry and with cockles....this one served in the hotel...boleh tahan.

Last but not least....the scenery from the balcony....splendid huh!

Weekend food

Ok cite makan makan lagi....mula kita ajak gi makan Patin sebab lama noh tak makan...then Duan kata nanti sunday dia masak after pasar tani...better still :)
And we went to Swan Restaurant....I think kedai ni dah lama noh set its mark in Kuantan. Usually kalau we long for noodels memang sini lah tempat nya...i hardly know any other place lah kat kuantan ni...tak banyak choice.
Dulu zaman dating pun Duan bawak gi Swan....and in 2006, we brought Fendifid to here as well..
Ni Misha and Aimran...comel , kecik lagi tetiba dah 12 tahun...kang tak lama tetiba habis uni then tetiba.."mummy nak kahwin"....yeahhh.....dapat cucu...ada harapan dapat girls, kita dah booking nak jaga tau...my boys kata apa lah mummy ni.

Lemon chicken....this is a must try...mmg menu wajib for us kat sini. recently i had some skin allergic, and I think it is due to ayam bandar. Since we started our weekly routine to pasar tani, we consume only ayam kampung at home...and i hardly take any chicken when eating outside..It was last 2-3 months, I realise that there is some association between my allergic and ayam bandar thus i pantang....tapi semalam nampak ayam lemon ni dah lupa pulak.....jadi elpas tu bergaru garu lah manja sikit!

Ejin, as suggested we tried swan's ..salted egg crabs....me and Duan, we love mahkota's better but the boys said Swan's is better...all the 3 of them..

Next day we had ikan patin tempoyak as promised by the chef...lega rasanya. Lama betul tak makan tau.

Ni my dearest chef hubby nak tunjuk skill...sampai berapi ha...ha..dua tiga kali ni buat nak capture in my bb.Nampak ada 2 kuali? Kita goreng ayam okays...selain dari bertugas sebagai chef assistant..kita goreng ayam jugak:). Some woman I know they love cooking and feel honoured when seeing family members eating their dishes , but frankly....i just love eating air tangan my hubby cam no tu? even my boys said abah is a better cook...so we stick to that lah ya.....and it is in my gene, memang malas sikit bab memasak ni --blame it on the gene okays---anyway i try hard to overcome that laziness and I think to certain extend, I have changed tremendously ha..ha..ha..

Ni hasil nya....Cockles yg besar besar tu,the kuah is so so nice...i can just hirup the kuah, mmg best..

Ni ayam burung....ayam kampung kacuk burung...kecik kecik aje but bigger than puyuh...sebab boleh makan sampai habis tulang.

Finally, this is for dinner...canggih tu siap chopsticks. I got excited with CNY sales at parkson, they sold nice bowls and chopsticks and I bought us 2 sets of each. Bowls tak pakai lagi...cantik with chinese art design....love them nanti bila bila pakai kita tebeng sini :)

Avillion Port Dickson Part 1

Alhamdulillah weekend is here again...gosh masa semakin laju right..baru masuk monday suddenly dah friday...itu janji Allah--bila tiba akhir zaman, masa itu bergerak semakin laju..it's in the Quran...God tells us everything (kecuali kiamat itu sendiri).beforehand but we chose to ignore...leka aje dan saya sangat takut...

Ok..ok meh cite cite pulak...this is continuition of our "Avillion" trip...jalan jalan rehat kan diri....jangan jalan-jalan cari pasal sudah ok. This is Avillion Port Dickson Resort. It is the reason for my enrolment into the Avillion club...when Liza called me , I googled and felt in love with this resort...called my dear hubby, get the approval lah...walau duit kita sekali pun--kita kan ala ala isteri mithali alaf ini., mmg selalu kita call dulu :)

Kan syarat untuk wanita ke syurga tu mudah--

1)solat 2)puasa ramadhan 3)menjaga kehormatan 4)taat pada suami(utk yg bersuami)

--easy kan----of course taat benda yg betul lah...kalau songsang jgn ikut lah...haiyo! So kat mana yg org kata, Islam menindas wanita? We have easy access, kalau lelaki berat sikit for they are born leaders...sama ada ketua keluarga atau ketua apa apa lah....tetiba ada pengisian posting akak ni..di malam yg tak berapa hening ni.he..he..he..
lagi satu kita informed dulu,....kot lah abg duan dah book Maldives..ha..ha...tak payah lah masuk club ni...I suka sgt hotel ni because it is on the water macam so cool kan?

This is the Water Chalet...we stayed in one of these..
Our room is on the right of the big white house...that is the SPA house..very nice and exclusive..
and here is the open roof top area of the SPA.....kat sini boleh lepak lepak minum minum....jangan melompat sudah...Nice huh? I love turqoise...very pastel
walk to the room...that is mr botak, Ahmad Adib...tadi Afi and Angah mintak duit ganti..entah bila dia org tak bawak duit sekolah lah tolong bayar itu ini dulu lah...so i paid them back...and gave mat Dib 10 hengget....Afi tanya that is for what..I said "Adib kan baby mummy" and high five Adib....kembang kepala mat dib...ha..ha..kita suka buat the older boys marah

Balcony looking out to the sea....syok kan.? mmg shiok..we upgraded to a premium room thus it is spacious...and i spent a few moment appreciating the scenery....selepas dah menidurkan Ahmad Aariz....kalau Aariz terkiak kiak nak appreciating nya ke hapa??? Not complaining okay...just an honest opinion...

Nampak these tepi laut kita????apa apa pun theme kena betul...gown kan cam sesuai lah tepi pantai kan....and we also had our round karaoke-ing....the boys were excited sekali tengok semua lagu lagu lama....tak de lah anak si bieber ke, anak si mars ke, lady yg gagah, dan entah lah sesapa lagi....yg ada lagu Dhalan Zainuddin--seorang biduan...apa cite tu?Ghairah akak nyanyi Westlife--Flying without wings...some songs can really raise your spirit right, and that is one for me...

Next, the must do activity...nothing other than swimming....they were like swim then back again the go again then back again...Afi tukang jaga lah...seronok nya mereka.. Ahmad Aariz conti in his stroller aje...sian.... "baby kecik manja buchuk bacin cangat"......this is my fav phrase for Aariz...kena cakap laju laju....
swimming pool mmg awesome...ni pagi tak de orang pun lagi...

Last but least..me,myself and I...semoga dapat datang lagi...

family dinner @ Coral Seafood

suatu petang tu Jane sms kata jgn tapau makanan for dinner, and jgn soh mak masak ...dia kata dia nak belanja dinner malam tu ...rupanya dia dapat bonus ...tengah excited lalu nak belanja ...coz the weeks before tu adik aku yang bonus mega tu dah belanja makan ...we all kan dok compare2 bonus (of course kalah teruk kalau banding mgan my sister) and jane was the only one yang takde bonus ...rupanya dorang punya bonus was given before CNY ...so, excited terlebih le minah tu .....

as usual kat rumah nie, biler tanya nak gi makan apa ...jawapan nya seafood ...and malam tu biler tanya nak seafood mana ...semua tak tau ...nak ke Top Spot jauh (malas nak drive coz masing2 baru balik kerja) ...nak gi yang biasa kitorang pi tu tutup pulak, then yang the other one tak jauh from rumah tu tak nak gi coz a week before that kami dah pi sana ....so sume masuk kereta and menonong ke arah kuching le ...till I and Jane teringat pernah nampak kedai seafood along area Batu 6 ...terus g sana, and the place was crowded ...Dom gi turun and tengok2 menu and got us a table ....sebab kelaparan, terus order meng-order ...

Dish 1: Ikan masak thai style, with shredded apple and apatah ...nice, yummy ...sume org suka ...tinggal tulang and gigi jer ikan nie by the time we were done! Mak aku and Jane kata next time datang sini, dish nie adalah dish wajip ...

Dish 2: Golden Crab ...tapi essentially ketam goreng kering with telur masin ...kalau tanya aku memang SEDAP ...tapi my dad kata takleh percaya cakap aku sebab aku suka ketam ...semua ketam adalah sedap dimata aku kecuali ketam mentah, ketam busuk and ketam black pepper (aku tak suka black pepper) ...and biler Dom and my dad try, baru dorang kata sedap ...nyampah aku ...aku kata sedap dorang tak percaya ..

yang lain2 aku tak ambik gambar pon lol sebab dah busy makan ...even crab tu pun pas aku makan baru mak aku tanya awat tak ambik gambar dulu LOL ...mak aku dah tahu peel aku ....other dish yang sedap was the seacucumber soup,  yang lain lain aku tak ingat ...byk sangat dish masa tu ,

 tengok betapa concentrate nyer dorang makan ......

 adik tak jauh dari buku and bantal busuk dia .....mood dia ok malam tu, tak cranky ...selalu kalau dinner, dia takleh dok diam lama ...that night boleh pulak ....tahu semua org kebuluran kot :-)

Verdict: definitely akan makan kat sini lagi ..especially for the Golden Crab and Kerapu masak Thai  ......sedappppp, especially biler ada org belanja :-)

Liz dah buat posting pasal makanan ...meh aku temp korang ngan buah-buahan pulak ...bersepah kat cottage ..sebab too much and dah tak larat nak jual/makan/bagi orang ...if only le Keramat, Shah Alam and Kuantan tu dekat ...dah aku antarkan kat korang (yang penting niat tu ada ok...cayangggg korang)

Lunch under our roof

Kita lagi......I want to do fast posting so I do on food...kalau buka cite Avillion panjang pulak and gambar pun banyak maklumlah kat Kg Rusa :)

Ok this was last weekend...buat julung julung kali nya setelah sekian lama , my dear chef hubby buat dessert..i call it Banana with cinnamon caramel.....kalau akak kata sedap kang kata kita bias...tapi my verdict utk anak tekak kita mmg yum+my=yummy....

Next menu we had for lunch that day was fried soft crab....bukan cucur bawang okays...we found this raw soft crab in Giant....kita pakai tempura flour...my chef campur kari entah apa lagi kat flour tu....By the way, i asked Angah, cikgu cakap "flour" as in "flower" ke or 'flar"...dia kata .."tahun lepas flower tahun cikgu lain sebut "flar" pastu dia tambah rasanya tahun lepas cikgu cakap bunga in english as "flar"...i was like "what"...then i told him, "jangan nak mengarut lah...memandai cakap cikgu macam tu...mesti jenis tak dengar betul ni"

Budak budak kan memacam....suka hati aje kadang nya...but this boy of mine just got his ujian Tara result..and he got No 1 for the whole of std 6...am so proud of him..hopefully he maintain this good result and get his 5As fro UPSR this year...amin....mummy takut sangat :(

Next...is turkey...ada lagi stock dalam fridge...christmas sepanjang lah kita.. :)

....by the way akak buat pening that day ...i was confused thought Turkey is Turki in malay....mmg kekadang kita agak pening pening lalat...then Along ke Duan cakap "ayam belanda lah"...then Afi kata "Turki tu negeri bukan makanan"...menjangkit dgn Darling punya short term memory gamaknya....but as i always...faham faham lah 3 kali teran (Aariz tak diteran--dibelahkan aje)....banyak urat akak putus...kalau masa belajar jangan lawan ok...brilliant tahap cipan...sapa yg tinggi sekali score A Level ..cerrr citeeee???? Kita tak suka nak ungkit...ha..ha..ha..kang kena pulak sentuh kisah team yg fly awal...ha..ha....memang tak suka noh nak cite bab ni...ha..ha..
Meraban kita...ok next is fish and chips....finally jadi juga..fish n chips...so amacam best tak???

Finally...picture of the 3 older boys and cik Duan kita at Teluk Chempedak after our breakfast at Mc D...Love them all so dearly......my happiness is being around them....and I thank Allah~~always..
Eh Kuantan dah ada Burger King...tak pernah try lagi....sebok memasak aje cam no nak gi singgah..???one of these days lah...Kita tengah sambil tengok "Dunia Tersembunyi"...those yg tak bersyukur noh duduk Msia ni patut tengok....
