Pink Panther 2

Since a couple of weeks ago, Ej has been singing to my ears that she wanted to watch Pink Panther2. I was a bit reluctant sebab tak minat sangat slaptic comedy ni. Fid ok je...boleh layan. After dinner kat Datok Keramat we drove to Pavilion. Sampai je kat that area, the road to Bukit Bintang was closed. Pastu we saw fireworks. Agak agak je ada CNY celebration. Memang betul pun. Rupanya CNY Open House 2009.

Since ada ramai police traffic takde lah jam sangat but I had to make 1 big turn at Jln Raja Chulan in order to go to Pavilion. We went straight to GSC to buy tickets. Initially I thought nak tengok crite Benjamin Button yang Brad Pitt berlakon tu and let Fid and EJ je tengok Pink Panther but durationnya 2 hours 30 minutes while Pink Panther 1 hour 40 minutes je. Takut diorang boring nak kena tunggu 1 hour so belasah je lah semua tengok Pink Panther2. Kesannya, I slept for the first 30-40 minutes. Padahal 1 panggung tu orang dok gelak dengan lawak lawak mengada Steve Martin tu. Aku tetap syok tidur walaupun aircond tak memuaskan. Tak cukup dingin.




Masa beli tiket jam kol 10 something and movie starts at 11.30pm. Ada masa nak jalan jalan look see look see. We saw some crowd and ada stage. Terus turun ke ground floor. Nampak ada banyak lukisan tak jauh from the stage and terus ambik gambar dulu.

Then heard Fauziah Latiff was singing and quickly walk towards the stage. Orang dah tak berapa ramai masa tu. So dapat lah menyelit and found a spot to sit. Sadly that was her last song. Tak puas nak enjoy her performance but I managed to snap few photos. Tak berapa clear sangat tapi ok lah buat Kak Long lepas rindu. Kan dia peminat no 1 Fauziah Latiff dulu. Letih telinga kita layan "aku sebutir pasir" during our trip to PD masa A Level. Ingat lagi tak? Lepas tu ada someone singing lagu Bajau before a couple singing a chinese number which was the last song for the show. Sekian saje kata Mahathir Lukman and Angeline Tan yang jadi hosts show tu. Tak puas? Sape suruh datang lambatkan kan kan.







After the show, we took few pictures around Pavilion. The decoration for the CNY was not bad. Cun jugak. Tambahan pula Pavilion is celebrating 1st year Anniversary. Meriahlah suasana. Ada Seladang giant kat pintu masuk Pavilion and 1 gigantic cakes. Lepas layan movie terus balk umah and sampai kol 2 lebih.
