Last friday i got an email about an iran or iraq company planning to open a plant here in malaysia producing "non alcoholic beer"...well it is not beer because it does not contain alcohol but very close resemblance to a can of beer...so propa sikit la...it is actually a non alcoholic malt drink like guinness malta.
Speak of the devil...Duan actually brought home a few cans of the same drink from MIHAS fair..and I recited part of the Sabda Rasullullah to him ..yg melarang kite menurut tingkah non muslim..maka senyum senget lah abang kiter! Banyak banyak minuman kenapa nak cari yg macam beer kan ...secara logicnya lah. By the way, Duan actually bought for his indon workers as some of them do take alcohol..so opening their eyes to alternative...ok lah tu!
But to take this drink positively, it could be an answer to cure addiction to alcohol..they have original beer taste apart from lime, peach entah apa lagi...but then again, if people take beer simply to get high or as a ticket of acceptance to whatever world or community they maybe interested in, then there is no reason why we should have drinks to be packaged in such a way ..

I read the guy yg bwk msk mende ni from iran - dia kata 'beer' tu is just a term. so klu before ni kiter blh accept 'root beer'... pesal lak yg ni tak leh?? initially, i'm ok wit tat idea coz i ni pun tak ler over sgt bab2 nih.. tp biler tgk the packaging tuh?? isshhh.. mende ni beb?? nak bagik bebudak 'angan'2 tonggang 'beer' ke aper?? tho it's not the actual one, tp membayangkan as if it's 'like one' pun, syubhah..

it's an arabic term yg membayangkan cam satu act 'bersubahat'.
