Singapore Esplanade & waterfront

Gambar blur sesado sebab guna HP je...

I have been to Singapore twice before but did not manage to go to Esplanade & Waterfront. Both times I was took to Sentosa Island. For this trip I told my fren that I wanted to go to Esplanade area simply because I wanted to take photo with the merlion. I read in some blogs they mentioned that if we did not come to the waterfront and take photo with the merlion then our trip macam tak lengkap la. Ngada lebihkan abang ngah korang ni...tapi I am so honoured to have such a good fren yang sanggup layan peel aku ni...ha ha ha. Siap sesat kejap berpusing pusing but we managed to find the entrance to Esplanade Hall. Lepas park keta, we took escalator to the Lobby area...orang lain sibuk nak balik kami pulak ramai ramai baru sampai.

Actually masa tengok orang dok ramai ramai nak balik, aku risau gak kot kot we came to the wrong place. Pastu I saw a sign to Waterfront. I asked a guard kat situ pasal direction to waterfront...had to go through Esplanade mall yang dah tutup sumer tu. Main redah je. Berdebar debar gak takut semua tutup and the effort for driving all the way ke situ satu pembaziran. Biler nampak je waterfront yang cantik tu...semua orang rasa lega. Then we saw the Merlion dok melambai lambai suruh kami datang dekat dia. Ha ha ha. Nampak cam jauh. Tapi nak jugak berjalan pi kat area orang berposing sakan tu. I asked from another guard for padestrian direction. Ramai ramai we walked and berhenti sana sini for posing.

Finally...WE WERE HERE.

Malang sekali masa berjalan ramai ramai tu air pancut yang keluar from the merlion mouth tu di stopkan. Ramai ramai kami mengeluh frustrated. Tapi nak buat macam mana kan...teruskan aje perjalanan. Masa kat sini camera kan dah rosak. Terpaksa la tumpang camera kawan. So gambar gambar for this posting and posting seterusnya banyak courtesy from my friends camera. Fid tried to take photo using her hp but sia sia. Gelap sesado. GGG.

Merlion kecik ni je ada lagi air pancut...but you can notice kan macam air apa je. GGG.

Hadie's family. Farah, Adam, Aleya and Arfa yang lena tidur dalam stroller sebab penat enjoy kat USS sebelumnya.

Group photo...tak complete sebab takde tripod...so the guys took turn snap group photo. Impian tak kesampaian nak ambik group photo kat USS sebab terseperated masa kat USS tu. It's OK...next year masuk Singapore lagi katanya. Layannn.

My turn pulak yang snap the group photo. Yang penting sume happy. Geram tengok EJ buat memek muka tu.

Berlatar belakangkan Esplanade Hall. Adam imagine the building macam bola golf cut into half and ada taburan garam atas bola golf tu.

Marina Bay Sand Hotel. Skypark tu ada pool and garden. Official launch tak lama lagi. There is an observation deck for public and the ticket will cost around SGD20. My fren stayed in the hotel recently and the breakfast food counters endless. Really Heaven. Tak berani nak check out the price for the hotel per day...takut pengsan. GGG

Lepas dah penat lepak and berposing sakan. Masing masing mengadu kehausan. Walk to Coffee bean tapi dah tutup. Sib baik Starbucks buka lagi...dapat la beli coffee and cold drinks. Dah puas lepak...terus menapak balik ke Esplanade Hall ambik kereta pastu balik ke hotel. Puas hati sungguh rasanya. Rasa cam nak pergi lagi. Apakah?
