Lunch @Taragon Restaurant, Melaka

tak sah kalau tak buat posting pasal makan ...kan ....nie kesinambungan posting terdahulu ...pas abis cruise tu memasing kelaparan ...it was 2pm at that time ....last meal was breakfast at 8 pagi tu ...actually mmg plan nak lunch kat Taragon - but plan nyer utk dinner ..sebab restaurant nie menghadap sungai, and got a nice river view ..tapi lapar punya pasal, we all pi for lunch ...

by the way, selingan info yea - we all park at the car park next to this restaurant ...betul2 sebelah Taragon, and at the junction masuk Jonker Street ...and opposite Red Square semua tu ....very convenience parking place ...weekend berbayar RM5 per entry and weekdays cuma RM3 per entry ...

I read kat blog before pi Melaka yang Taragon is one of the place yang offer Nyonya dishes ...alang2 dah kat Melaka kan, so Nyonya Food is a must try lah according to my dad ....masa kami masuk tu cuma ada satu meja jer ada org ...sebab sapa pi lunch kol 2.30 petang kan!

nice and cosy environment ....service was ok and fast! Menu pun pelbagai but coz masa nie we all lapar sangat, order cepat2 and hope for the best ..tak belek menu lama LOL so mostly ordered what we knew ajer ...

oxtail soup - tak abis sebab diorang dok kata ekor lembu tu melibas2 bontot nyer ...trus tak abis dimakan!

Nyonya Asam Fish - very yummy indeed! Tinggal tulang ajer by the time we all abis ...

Dad and my sister ordered sotong sambal petai ...petai sket ajer, tapi sedap kata diorang ..aku tak makan petai, so cannot vouch for that LOL

and, sebab mum cannot take anything pedas ..we ordered pong teh chicken for her ...kata nyer Pon Teh chicken nie nyonya punya dish ...it is like ayam stewed in kicap etc etc ...nice jugak!

for vege, we had vegetable Chap Chai ...also licin hahaha ...

verdict: the food was good ...my fav was the Nyonya Asam Fish ....but dad kata all sedap (except soup) ...soup ok but diorang dok kata macam2 tu yang tak abis!

and muka org kekenyangan! 

pas lunch nie we all ingat nak balik hotel to take a nap ...tapi sudahnyer  melencong ke Jonker Street pekena cendol durian ...posting akan menyusul sebentar lagi ...
