My sons were so curious when i prepared the dish sebab I told them it's Umai and they have never heard of Umai...bila siap tu ...ehh ni kerabu! Yes, it is kerabu here and Umai there in Sarawak , kan?
I love kerabu...I told Duan --next time , nak try udang...and like ada connection or strong telepathy, that nite ejin told me to try udang next time...emmm mmg yummy...so korang gi try senang sangat ni!

my dad pesan salmon tu potong nipis lagi ....kalau boleh lagi nipis lagi bagus so that senang nak serap lemon juice and cepat masakkan isi ikan :-)
aku makan umai sekali aje kat rewtoran sedap kat satok tu. kalau nak fid makan jgn kata ikan ni mentah...tak jan di uaik nya dia.
