So, starting 2-3 ari lepas aku (dengan nada ngada2) decide to eat properly..maksud nye makan ikut time and kurangkan junk food (so, Mamee, Twisties, KitKat, that white chocolate with double beery apa tah namanye, and my firm favourite Delio waffers)...i always skip breakfast before, but kali ni i am trying to eat the right way i.e. try NOT to skip breakfast, and to make time untuk breakfast ...pastu lunch takde le lapar benor hehehehe ...malam aku pun kena makan proper gak i.e. tak ngap ngap apa2 food yang tak diperlukan hehehehe
dua tiga malam nie dah ok ... masih boleh ikut rational thinking lagi ...malam semalam i makan beef stew aje (no rice ok!) and fresh fruit salad. Baru sat nie tadi i had my dinner of fishball & vege soup with plain rice ....but one thing for sure, aku tak akan switch to brown rice hehehehe tak sedapppp!!!!
Target aku takde le ambitious sangat ...cuma kurangkan intake je ...bukan nye nak do away with all those delicious, calories laden food hahaha statement cover line in case pi KL and join Fendfid melantak!

Brown rice...sakit jiwa tau makan ..bila saturday jumpe nasi putih kat kedai macam ape punya makan...and last week for sunday tu aku masak nasi putih.....baru boleh burp...erq...alhamdulillah....
ada fishball tu hehehe nak letak carrot and daun sup, tengok2 dah layu kat dalam fridge! Aku pakai serbuk perisa mushroom (colourless) sebab tu tak ceria ...kalau ceria sangat kang tambah 2-3 pinggan plak kah kah kah
apa la susah susah kan badan. makan je la cuma jgn over.
tapi brown rice...orang kencing manis je la makan.
question - nanti kalau datang kuantan...kena bawa beras putih sendiri ke?
