I thought i want to stop this whole luncheon things...everyweek same posting, what a turn off..even i myself..am getting bored writing about it...anyway here we go..
Last saturday was a an early replacement school day for hari raya, Afi had a very tight schedule, school in the morning then tuition in the afternoon and on sunday, the piano class. We actually have a wedding invitation on Sunday , thus the plan is to fetch the boys from piano, and to the wedding right after- meaning skipped cooking for lunch. Unfortunately Afi was too exhausted and requested to stay home instead..he just wanted to rest at home...Thus, we called off the whole arrangement and I made a "speedy lunch"....zoooooooommmmmmmmmmmm
1.Ikan entah ape, masak lomak cili api...i can never remember the recipe for this masak lomak..i think we dont use garlic, right? but i missed the shallot instead...dah dekat didih baru teringat, aku just campak...then the lemon grass...should we put in or not? sometimes i do sometimes i dont...for this one only after serving it on the table, i recalled about it...other ingredients, sape nak tahu please email fendifid....
2. fried udang lipan.....pari bakar...with lada kicap...
3. friend kailan with garlic .....cucumber
4. a recycled - asam pedas ikan entah ape...

i've never eaten udang lipan. tgk kat supermarket penah le. sedap tak? BTW, ur sis came over last Sunday. so i showed her gambo my bro kecik2 dulu. hahaha... even my bro kata, bila mase ada gambo2 ni plak? hehehe, terus ur sis kata, ha..tanda dah tua la tu! hahahaha!!!!
apa itu udang lipan?? Macam telur ikan pun ada cam gamat pun ada rupanya.
Masak lemak cili api kalau kampung aku punya style...no garlic...no bawang.Just kunyit hidup and cili api. Kalau fish takde letak serai...letak asam keping. Kalau ayam baru letak serai.
kalau kat kampung aku plak, i.e. kalau aku buat, masal lemak to magically appeared from a packet ...and terus masuk dalam kuali...

i tot so pasal serai and bwg for masak lomak...tapi ein punya recipe paling terhangat di pasaran

ha, did she tell u that during their kursus nikah, they sort of calling2 my youngest brother,Udin, to ask some answers for some of their "exam" questions? i laughed so hard when they told the story! Udin dulu SMKA & slalu ikut mom & dad gi kelas agama. Kira udin was their "toyol" le masa kursus kawin tu. hehehe...
