Patah balik to petang raya in Pekan

I have to patah balik to the Raya eve in Pekan to show you guys these 2 pictures. This is how they make the noodles for Laksa Pahang traditionally..cool huh! We make the dough , then have it putar using this ...apa ha? noodle maker lah kan?, bring it to boil ,then having it wash with cold water then "chap" them so that it will be easily taken for each serving.


We have all sort of food for hari raya in Pekan...satay, ketupat, rendang , lemang, nasi dagang, ketupat yg tiga segi tu...and the laksa pahang..(we have guests as soon as the guys were back from the prayer-well it is normal for the relatives to serbu the house for the satay - so i totally forgotten about taking a picture of two utk tatapan abang fendu)...of all the many dishes, I only did the "chap" for the laksa...I am not that malas ok but there are 3 maids and of all the dishes, we only homemade the laksa pahang and ketupat ...others were all ordered....so...ok lah tu at least we still have the laksa being prepared traditionally...he..he..he...

kecewa aku...takde gambo food yang sedap2 by the sound ngko citer tu ...next time aku nak raya kat pekan bole?
