This is kuih cakoi ...not sure kat tempat korang camne you guys call this ...
i love cakoi ...my late grandfather punya influence ...when we were little (masa zaman tadika) he always had this for breakfast ...everytime he stayed with us, dia akan pi pasar and came back bawak this for breakfast ...
selalu cicah ngan susu pekat jer ...yummy!
My students took me to this stall kat Sibu ...yummy cakoi ...and banyak plak tu! Pic below - cuma RM1 for all that ....banyak kan?
and kat sini makan cicah ngan its special sauce...ada rasa spicy ...and it's yumm yumm ...the cakoi is one of the best yang i had tasted ....it is soft, tak liat ...tak berminyak ...kalau nak - it is sold in one of the coffee shops behind Land & Survey Dept in Sibu :-)

Kat sini orang panggil COKAI...no la...aku tipu...kat sini orang panggil cakoi jugak. POpular among chinese...diorang makan dengan bubur nasi pun ada.
Susah nak dapat yang lembut dan garing. Yang banyak ialah berminyak dan liat.
Ej and myself suka gak makan ni.
sedap nyer cakoi ...aku tak reti makan ngan bubur, even though aku selalu gak tengok org cicah cakoi nie dalam bubur nasi ...my all time fav is cicah ngan susu pekat!
