Salted egg prawns

I dont remember the last time i made a posting on our homemade cuisine. Think it was last 2 weeks, i told the gang that i'll be having salted egg prawns for dinner...then fendi told me to make a posting ...nak buat lah tu kunun!

So here we go....it was cooked byChef Duan...thus this is based on my observation...yang pasti betul :)...

• tumis bawang+curry leaves


• udang+butter+susu cair+lada kecik+telur asin only the yolk

and wallah.........cedap cangat...kena puji lah kang chef mogok...

Then this week, one of dinner was this homemade pizza...the base yg segera lah...topping ajer buat sendiri...aci tak?

To tell you the truth kan, i have been snacking and eating a lot these days ...entah lah kenapa, masalah dalaman agak nya....lari sekali, malam makan bagai nak rak...cam ne tu?
