Sand Castle Competition

Last weekend on Saturday, we had to wake up early and get ready to Balik Kampung. Tried to reach PD before 8am because my niece registered EJ for Sand Castle Competition. Anjuran MPPD sempena sambutan sedekad MPPD. Besides sand castle, ada netball and drawing competition for kindergarden kids and OKU.

They named the team The Powerful Girl. Echa, Shaheera and EJ. Kena berumur below 12 untuk masuk competition ni.

Number 1 Suppoter ...of course lah si comel Zara. She was so excited to see so many people there and enjoyed the windy atmosphere. Elok je dia duduk dalam tu tak gerak gerak...hanya kaki dok tendang tendang to show how excited she was.

Kesian kat Zara duduk lama dalam stroller, I carried her. Lagi la syok dia menendang dok riuh mulut mengomel.

Before the event started, posing la dulu sambil main kejar kejar dengan wave. Seronok Zara dok tengok wave tu. Tak berani nak bagi dia main air laut...takut selesema.

Sebelum mula, kena buangkan rumput rumput kat pasir tu. Masa ni masing masing dah tak sabar nak mula.

Thank you to youtube, the girls had a chance for a quick lesson on how to make Sand Castle. Apa apa pun kena buat longkang 4 segi dulu.

Hasil usaha The Powerful Girl. Castle berkonsep istana di dasar laut. Siap ada blink blink warna purple. Pastu ada la mainan yang di gunakan sebagai deco. For the competition we were told that the marks depends on certain criterias 1) concept of the castle 2) the height of the castle and 3) tidiness.
Masa aku dok sibuk supervised them aku dok jerit jerit kata kena kemas...ratakan...tekap elok elok...sekali ada call from kawan talking about flight ticket ke London for my frens. Ticket mahal la...belum book la...stress kejap aku sebab tak leh nak concentrate. Tahu tahu dah tamat masa yang di berikan 1hour and a half.

I suppose they gain extra marks from the ladder because it was made from Straw. Creative kan.
Ada satu lagi team yang very tidy but too bad...the castle was not high enough and they did not have concept. They were the runner up. Aku dok ingat team tu yang akan juara.

I thought Ej's team will get 2nd place sebab castle tak berapa kemas. But once the other team was announced as the runner up...aku dah rasa rasa team Ej akan juara. Masa tu terus ke depan stage. Once announced as the winner...semua menjerit. I think kami yang paling over jerit paling kuat. ha ha ha.

Echa bergaya dengan basikal fixie dia. The Powerful girls memang aim nak basikal ni rupanya.

EJ yang seronok bangat lepas menang. Pemenang pertama, kedua dan ketiga semua dapat basikal. Tapi lain lain jenis.

Muka tak leh blah...semua senyum happy sangat. Fid and I memang tak menaruh harapan pun they could win the first place. Rezeki. Happy for them. The hardworks and teamworks paid off.

Para Ibu with the winners. Echa's mother yang came up with the concept pastu habis RM50 untuk beli deco for the castle including the blink blink. Berbaloi baloi.

Masa ni diorang dok g temeng basikal kat tempat orang main netball. Bangga sangat la tu. Layann.

Baru seminggu dapat basikal baru, Ej dah injured tangan dia. Semalam she fell off and injured tangan dia. Dah buat X ray takde patah. Urat terseliuh or muscle pain aje. Lama giler tak buat posting kisahnya. Dok malas sebab lap top ni buat hal, nak resize photo kena guna paint. Tu yang malas jadinya.
