Weekend food

Ok cite makan makan lagi....mula kita ajak gi makan Patin sebab lama noh tak makan...then Duan kata nanti sunday dia masak after pasar tani...better still :)
And we went to Swan Restaurant....I think kedai ni dah lama noh set its mark in Kuantan. Usually kalau we long for noodels memang sini lah tempat nya...i hardly know any other place lah kat kuantan ni...tak banyak choice.
Dulu zaman dating pun Duan bawak gi Swan....and in 2006, we brought Fendifid to here as well..
Ni Misha and Aimran...comel , kecik lagi tetiba dah 12 tahun...kang tak lama tetiba habis uni then tetiba.."mummy nak kahwin"....yeahhh.....dapat cucu...ada harapan dapat girls, kita dah booking nak jaga tau...my boys kata apa lah mummy ni.

Ok...back on track...Ni our old time favourite...Udon black pepper
Swan's noodle..entah apa namanya....first time kita rasa --Duan suka...kita tak suka,

Lemon chicken....this is a must try...mmg menu wajib for us kat sini. recently i had some skin allergic, and I think it is due to ayam bandar. Since we started our weekly routine to pasar tani, we consume only ayam kampung at home...and i hardly take any chicken when eating outside..It was last 2-3 months, I realise that there is some association between my allergic and ayam bandar thus i pantang....tapi semalam nampak ayam lemon ni dah lupa pulak.....jadi elpas tu bergaru garu lah manja sikit!


Ejin, as suggested we tried swan's ..salted egg crabs....me and Duan, we love mahkota's better but the boys said Swan's is better...all the 3 of them..

Next day we had ikan patin tempoyak as promised by the chef...lega rasanya. Lama betul tak makan tau.

Ni my dearest chef hubby nak tunjuk skill...sampai berapi ha...ha..dua tiga kali ni buat nak capture in my bb.Nampak ada 2 kuali? Kita goreng ayam okays...selain dari bertugas sebagai chef assistant..kita goreng ayam jugak:). Some woman I know they love cooking and feel honoured when seeing family members eating their dishes , but frankly....i just love eating air tangan my hubby cam no tu? even my boys said abah is a better cook...so we stick to that lah ya.....and it is in my gene, memang malas sikit bab memasak ni --blame it on the gene okays---anyway i try hard to overcome that laziness and I think to certain extend, I have changed tremendously ha..ha..ha..

Ni hasil nya....Cockles yg besar besar tu,the kuah is so so nice...i can just hirup the kuah, mmg best..

Ni ayam burung....ayam kampung kacuk burung...kecik kecik aje but bigger than puyuh...sebab boleh makan sampai habis tulang.


Finally, this is for dinner...canggih tu siap chopsticks. I got excited with CNY sales at parkson, they sold nice bowls and chopsticks and I bought us 2 sets of each. Bowls tak pakai lagi...cantik with chinese art design....love them nanti bila bila pakai kita tebeng sini :)

Meletops...lapar Ejin tengok makanan sajian nko kat sini. Aku suka gak noodle kat swan tu...aku suka mi hailam.

Masak apa yang sampai berapi tu? tak kan cockles berkuah pun berapi kuali.

ngko makan banyak pun tak nampak gemuk ..so ok le tu ...ngko belum tahap Cik Pendi lagi ...itu baru tahap kronik ...
