Dari dapur kita

hi hi...ehh lama nya rasa tak blogging...suam suam kuku dah aku ni...sedar tak sedar kang jadi cam Ita....kan???? Remember I told you guys that bahu kita dah senget after the renovation and remember Duan kept reminding me about savings again..since then we have reduced our 'makan makan luar"---rasanya dah reduce quite a bit lah jugak...and we cook most our weekend's meal at our lovely kitchen....yg dah dibesar kan tu...tak reti reti nak make use of them? So here are some of dish from dapur kita....cook by my very own chef..know why i always look forward for weekend , one- because they are non working days, two- i manage to spend time with my sayangs "hubby and d boys lah", thirdly--the weekend dish---yummylicious--!!

There is a saying that says lebih kurang gini "we dont look for perfection in our spouse--as we ourselves are far less than perfect-- but we are supposed to completing each other"....I am a lousy cook, I have to admit....so Duan is completing me...puzzles completes muah..muah...muah... Ok here we go the yummylicious fooooooddddddieeee...

Black pepper Udon....udang, sotong, 3 jenis kicap+oyster sauce+sesame oil,capcicum, grounded black pepper, white pepper powder then udon..gaul gaul goreng goreng...sedap sangat berdesing telinga...taste of black pepper....emmmmm.....


seafood pasta - tak berapa nak ingat lah...there was udang+button mushroom+sausage+...cabonara sauce sikit and cream kot....

fried cod ---dibalut dgn tepung....tak berapa nak jadi ....supposed to be crispy tapi tak jadi...

Sampai terangkat mata Mat Afi....mmg sungguh yummylicious...by the way, you guys nampak that thick mint...do keep one in your fridge...it goes well with meat especially lamb and turkey..niceyyy even the black pepper sauce from that same brand is nice...
Roasted turkey...yes, thanksgiving is over but who cares...he..he..sedap sangat...rosemary, lagi entah apa tak tahu lah kawan...chef kata rosemary jangan awal sgt or the rosemary will absorb others rasa turkey and all ...jagung tu idea assistant chef...who is.....ME...comey tak tu ?




Fettucini/Pasta cabonara--excellente'...add on pulak parmesan cam dusting...mmg tersandar!
Salmon garnished with black pepper and bakar

Usually when we cook western at home, we always prepare salad to go along with it...caesar salad without the bread crumbs---for some reasons puas cari tak jumpa jumpa ...lagi satu tu entah apa benda namanya, afi tahu lah...aku tak ingat...payah nak dapat juga...so we make good with only salad and cheese and the oil.

Sotong goreng telur asin--panjang sgt lah posting ni...dah penat aku nak tulis ni...ngantuk pulak...can you imagine type type and sleepy....dah macam buat kerja pulak..kena fast forward ni...ok...sotong goreng with tepung then masuk kan telur asin( only the yolk)...daun kari..

tumis akak tak tulis lah for all food here tapi tumis bawang +bwg putih tu like wajib ok...and garam gula....semua kena letak okays...

Buttered prawn with cheese---you can make it berkuah or kering ...ikut suka hati akak akak dan abang abang sekalian...macam ramai baca kan...walhal sorang akak and sorang abang aje...ha..ha..layan je lah....

Finally...yeahhhhhhhhh.....asam pedas ala chef florence---nyonya style.....kita tengok kat masterchef's msia.....serai+lengkuas+halia+kunyit+cili boh+bwg putih+bwg merah=semua blend---tumis sampai naik minyak...sampai cam kering sikit...air asam jawa...daum kesom...bunga kantan...last sekali ikan...terpanah jantung di buatnya....


Adoi aku dah ngantuk tahap cipan....adiossss......

Meriahnya food korang. X yah susah susah g restoran. Kat umah aje dah meriah dah the foodnya.
Cod fish tu meletop rupa cam goreng buah sukun tepung terlebih penyek. Lariiii.
Nanti abang ngah tunjuk rupa cod fillet yg sebenar dari london. Apakah?

cod tu dah dua kali buat tak jadi...tak pe lagi sekali dua tu jadi lah gamak nya....tepung aje memacam jenis gaul nya...sukatan tak betul kot..

Tepung untuk ood tu...nko beli yg imported kat cold storage. X pun nko pakai tepung tempura. Garing la jadinya. Ada sesetengah tepung nko gaul buat cekodok kalau tak penyek..boleh jadi keras utk baling ke dinding.

Kalau terjah menu x leh pilih. Kalau buat tempahan boleh pilih menu. Tapi kena pastikan chef available.

Chef IM nie tak buat delivery ke? nak terjah or nak datang with tempahan jauh lah ...

Ejin...kalau nko nak buat tempahan better sertakan gmbr food yg di tempah tu. Sebab aku penah terkena. Aku order puding pisang meletops. Tapi atas meja terhidang patin tempoyak seperiuk besar. Apakah?

LOL ....tapi Liz tak hidangkan ngko kan? Kan dia bawak ngko gi makan tempat lain ...hehehehe ...kalau aku senang ajer, sediakan ajer ketam, ketam dan ketam ...LOL
