MC and McD

the first week of Jan aku dah sakit ...my first visit to the doctor for 2011 was on 6th ...abis sumbangsaran, aku balik rumah, mandi tukar baju, then kuar pi klinik ...by then tahap semput dah agak teruk sampaikan my dad tak kasi i pi sorang2 ,,,dia dengan setiakan temankan aku hahaha ...my guess is that dia nak make sure aku actually gi klinik LOL ...turns out my asthma was tahap teruk dari biasa ...had to have my nebuliser there and then ..and doc was quite concerned...

i hate makan ubat ...but what to do ..telan jerlah labu :-)

i ended up with having to take steroid for a couple of days ...utk meluaskan salur pernafasan ...and have to do follow up neb the following day every 6 hours...on top of that ada le ubat2 lain aku kena makan like ubat batuk, ubat flu and antibiotik ...so far, this was my very worst asthma attack ever! and that earns me my very first MC for 2011 ....

 yang nie, ada 10 biji satu papan, and i had to take them all sekali makan...giler! sampai nangis aku makan ubat nie!!! nasib baik makan sekali sehai ajer ...

biler fikir balik, i knew the asthma was triggered by smoke masa we had a bbq di rumah i two days earlier ...masa tu ujan, and my uncles had to buat bbq area dekat porch! asap masuk rumah ...and the very next day, ada bbq kat hotel ...tambah lagi my intake of asap! and suasana hotel yang sejuk is not helping ...that plus letih and flu mmg membuatkan aku semput tahan cipan ....even now, a week later ..i can still feel the pain of breathing ...masih sakit sket2 lagi ....sebab cuaca continued to be sejuk tahap dewa ....too cold that i am switching from my Malaysian comforter to my UK duvet ...brapa togs tah tu ...nasib baik belum kuarkan my winter duvet!

tapi dalam sakit sakit tu, aku punya selera makan still ngada ...hehehe sebab kena gi klinik awal pagi the next day for follow up neb, aku sempat pi McD on the way back ..alasan nyer nak beli pancakes utk breakfast Al ..hehehe tapi in reality aku teringin McMuffin!

malang nyer, keinginan lebih dari kemampuan ...aku tak makan abis pung! terus muntah kah kah kah ..end up makan pancake ajer ...surprisingly the pancakes (yang diorang panggil hotcakes tu) yummy jugak ...with maple syrup or grape jam ...akan dicuba lagi nanti ...esp biler dah sihat walafiat!!!

sebelum dijirus ngan maple syrup ...sekelip mate jer boleh abis LOL
