Last week my Finance dept was closed for coaching-mentoring training...The training is not only about coaching literally but also educating us on the right way for our daily dealings at workplace with colleagues etc i.e. having the positive attitude at work.
2 thumbs up for Mr Heera , the trainer...he conducted the training in such a way that you wont dooze off after lunch...loads of fun and very inspirational. I dont mind attending his training again in the future. Perhaps , you guys can suggest him to your HR...memang best!
Yang tak best..i was picked for role play...adoiiiiiiiiiiiiii berat kaki melangkah! I have done that old trick turn your face and body elsewhere mase the trainer was chosing the mangsa but failed lah!Another good thing is that the training was held in Swiss Garden here in Kuantan, so 2 days in a row makan sedap away from the canteen.
And today ...we have fire drill in the factory...and my friends requested this to be posted here...glam sikit he...he..he...as if we have like 101,000 readers kan

Caya la kak long...aku dah berkurun tak pi training...nyesal dulu reject masa company buat training ka Pangkor.

talking about fire drill, dah lama aku tak participate in fire drill ...masa kat newcastle dulu every semester ada fire drill! kat opis as well as kat rumah plak tu ....
kat ofis nko takde ke? propose la kat management...untung untung...nko di lantik jadi ketua team penyelamat untuk work hand in hand dgn bomba...lariiiii
