Hari Raya Open House

The weekend before Bali , I have had my "open-house " for neighbours, budak budak Duan and relatives and yesterday (saturday), I opened the house again for the older boys' friends, my Grace colleagues, ex colleagues from the HLB and some other neighbours who missed the first open house.


For both occassions I cooked ok! Bersungguh sungguh....My menu are as follows:

1.Mee rebus cum mee jawa --- tis is my signature dish....memang boleh dijual

2. Spaghetti bolognese - paling senang....(the first open house ade pasta cabonara--terus dari tin:))--- my neighbours suka sgt my spaghetti ..katanya...so berbesar hati akak masak...

3. soto---- my very first attempt to cook soto...kelas you ...kebetulan ibu mertua ku bagi sebungkus rempah soto....kaedah nya ade rempah soto , mmg akak tak tahu sebelum ni---dicampur rempah soup----mmg sedap kah..kah..kah..

4.mase first open house -- ade rendang ---resepi bibik...---kurang memberasangkan so second party tu kite strike off from our menu.



5. Pudding - resepi bibik----mmg diminati seantaro pengunjung...siap ade yg mintak recipe...glamer pulak bibik...senggih manjang...tq bibik!

itu lah sajo.....akak suka buat open house suka lagi bila ramai yg datang....

sampai malam pukul 1 terjaga tiba tiba...badan ku semua sakit masuk angin...ya Allah rase nak menitik airmata...pulak my other half tiada di sisi....sedih akak...itu yg nak ceriter nya..kah..kah..kah....Duan kata kan dah ade ubat...tapi tak de org nak tolong amik kan.....camno??? dah masuk bab lain ni.....kah..kah..kah..adios!
